The Rose of God & The Eternal Security Found in Christ

Can a Christian, Once Saved Lose Salvation?

A Complete, Biblical, In-depth Study Confirming the Truth of Jesus' Covenant Love!

Often Christians think of their salvation as either not secure at all—or at best, somewhat secure. Many believers cannot seem to obtain the peace and rest of Christ’s finished work on the cross because they feel the need to maintain their salvation, even though they realize it has been given freely to them through Jesus.

This book is dedicated to the truth that salvation in Christ is secure, declaring emphatically that a converted believer in Jesus Christ is saved eternally and cannot be lost.

With over 40 chapters and more than 1,000 occurrences of referenced Scripture—from every book in the New Testament, as well as many from the Old Testament—this biblical study of over 450 pages covers the reality of what it means to be saved and in Christ. It shares the truth of:

  • How Christians are made righteous in Jesus through His sacrifice and the new birth

  • The difference between judgment and damnation

  • The sin unto death

  • The case of Ananias and Sapphira

  • Jesus’ words declaring: “I will spue thee out of my mouth”

  • The servant “beaten with many stripes”

and so much more…

The Rose of God & The Eternal Security Found in Christ explains all the “difficult” Bible verses on this topic, demonstrating that the Scriptures overwhelmingly confirm the truth of God’s eternal covenant in Christ.

This study also includes 50 of the author’s Illustrations, called “BibleHearts,” that encourage and uplift the heart.

As a bonus, chapter 33 is a full, chronological summation of prophetic, end-time events and how they pertain to eternal security. An end-time chart is included as well. Also, a complete, alphabetized index of all quoted Bible verses is provided, allowing for easy reference when looking up information on a specific Scripture.

By the end of this book, you will know with assurance the heart of the Lord, spoken in Jeremiah 31:3—“I have loved thee with an everlasting love.

From the Preface

I wrote this book by accident. It started out as a much shorter Bible study that kept growing and fermenting in my heart over time. For over forty years, I have been praying and looking at a Christian’s security in Christ and have become convinced, through the Holy Spirit and the Scripture, that our salvation is indeed secure in Christ Jesus.

Throughout these pages, you will find chapters that declare this eternal security as well as defend it. It has been my objective to present a thorough and sound biblical explanation of the everlasting covenant found in the salvation of Christ.

Beyond this, I have shared in God’s Word what actually happens spiritually to a person when receiving Christ as Savior. This is where the understanding of our security in Christ is made most abundantly clear, bringing a realization and conviction that eternal life is already in the heart of one who has been truly born again of God’s Spirit.

The revelation of God’s secure love for you will indeed change every aspect of your life. For beyond presenting a mere doctrine, it is the knowledge of God’s intimate relationship with you through His Son, Jesus Christ. For God has declared: “I have loved you with an everlasting love” (Jeremiah 31:3, WEB). And when you truly know you’re secure in your relationship with God, you will draw near to His heart and—as the Apostle Paul said—“cry, Abba, Father” (Romans 8:15).

It is my prayer that you may know, having received such a “great salvation” (Hebrews 2:3), just how secure you are in the Rose offered to you by God, being Christ Jesus Himself.
